Ride Along Program

Life Link III offers ride along opportunities for healthcare providers and EMS partners.

A ride along is a way for healthcare providers to better understand the role of air medical transport, experience what it is like to care for patients in our aircraft, and learn more about how Life Link III works closely with pre-hospital and hospital services to ensure optimal care for every patient. The ride along program is designed to enhance the experience and understanding of current healthcare or emergency services providers.

Qualified riders include RNs in a hospital setting, Paramedics, Provider level staff, EMTs (must currently be working for a 911/ALS/BLS service), HUCs, Dispatchers, Fire, Law Enforcement and First Responders. At this time, our ride along program is not open to students. The weight restriction for helicopter ride along participants is 230 pounds and participants must be 18 years of age or older.

For additional requirements and expectations for participation in our ride along program, please thoroughly review and complete the application below.
